Modify current lat/lon axis into standard format

Hi there,

My develped map consists as follows (first image) with usual latitude/longitude axes and I need to convert the axes as in the second image which can generally find in nautical/admiralty charts.

I can do the unit conversion, but currently struggling to develop box type axes.

Can anyone suggest a method to do that?
