It's not clear to me how you want to convert the matrix into a geometric figure. Do you want to make it a heatmap? Or perhaps a graph or digraph? A complete graph would be:

adj = 1-eye(14);
g = graph(adj);
plot(g)

If you give a little more information, or perhaps even draw out the "geometric figure" you'd want to see for a smaller matrix:

A = magic(4)

we might be able to offer more specific suggestions.

I need to polt graph that has 14 vertices and each vertices has 13 line .

1- how can I color specific line for example make the line between vertices 2 and 3 red and 4 and 5 blue ....etc? also all 14 vertice be in circumference.

2- Can I CONVERT a matrix which element is 0 an 1 to be geomatrice figure because I solved mathmatic equation and the answer were 8 matrix each matrix 14*14 , so I want to draw each matrix by matlab if possible ?

1) The easiest ways to do that, once you've plot-ted the graph, is to use highlight on the GraphPlot object returned by plot. For putting the vertices around the circumference of a circle, specify 'layout' in your plot call or use the layout function after it is plotted. See this documentation page for examples of how to call plot, highlight, and layout to visualize a graph and customize that display.

2) If your "matrix which element is 0 an 1" [sic] is an adjacency matrix, just pass it into the graph or digraph function. They each accept an adjacency matrix as one of the ways to specify the connections and weights of the graph or digraph.

If your [0, 1] matrix is something else, not an adjacency matrix, you'll need to provide more information about what you have and what you want. A (small) concrete example, say one with a 6-by-6 matrix, or a link to a paper / picture / webpage describing your application and the "geometric figure" you want to create may help.
