This is a cosmetic property to save the toggle state of the Advanced Options menu in the Solver configurations in Simulink.
So Simulink remembers if the menu was opened and you do not have to reopen it again in the future.
This property was introduced in R2015b. The issue this property makes the model dirty and you see it then while doing a model comparison was fixed in R2016a.
It has no influence to generated code.
