Why do I get an error for using icdevice even though I have all the instrument drivers installed?

I am trying to establish communication with R&S oscilloscope RTO2014 using matlab, for which I have to create a device object.

 interfaceObj = visa('RS', 'TCPIP0::10.20.24.178::hislip0::INSTR');
deviceObj = icdevice('rsscope.mdd', interfaceObj);

But I get the following error :

Error using icdevice (line 283)

The driver must be a MATLAB interface instrument driver.

I have installed the rsscope driver. How can I fix this error?
