Hi, I am having spatial data in Ncdef format. I want to
1. Plot a graph using lat and lon
2. Darw a best fit ellipse around the lat and lon
3. Identify the centeroid .

You can identify bigger axis of ellipse (and it's angle) using pdist2 or just find two furthermost points.
