How can I design a state space with linearly changing input and duty cycle?

I am designing a Boost converter the output voltage changes from 14 to 50V which means my dutycycly has to change. How can I do that in a state space model?

A good starting point is the Average-Value DC-DC Converter in Simscape Electrical. Check the doc page to see how the voltage and current are related to the duty cycle.
