Filter for MPU6050

Hello out there!
I have a MPU6050 connected via Arduino DUE. I managed plotting motions of the sensor in a 3D Model, but I have an extreme drift there even when not moving somehow. I'm using an imufilter but actually it doesnt make any difference. ComplementaryFilter doesn't work as I just get the message it would be an undefined function. I even tried to write to registers for changing the scale range of the gyroscope but matlab won't accept my mpu as a hardware device... I m totally confused.
Please Help
