reading tiff image in matlab

How to read correct pixel values from the Tiff image in matlab? Can somebody send me the syntax for that? I want to read 1024 X 1024 X 30 tif image .

No. There are multiple ways of representing additional dimensions in TIFF, and we would need an example file to test with to tell you which way you need to use.

Kindly please send me your email id, I will send the image in both spe and tiff files . You will find that matlab reads different values when opening spe and different values in tiff. As the image is more than 60 MB i cant send it here. That is why I am asking for the email id
