Reading resistance in a thermal resistor (SIMSCAPE-SIMULINK)

How can I read the resistance value form a thermal resistor? For later use in Simulink (scope, etc.)

You can calculate current through the resistance and voltage across it and apply Ohm's Law to measure resistance for a particular temperature.
