Jacobi method in Matlab

we know that if we have a linear system as Ax=b, we can use some numerical method like Jacobi method in order to giving x. So my question, if the Matrix A and b depends of some parameters (Tepmperature as exapmle), so I will have n A and n b, so haw can I resolve this system by this method? my objectif is th find x for each A and b.
