ode = diff(x,t) == (((1/x))-1)*(1/sqrt(x));
cond = x(0) == 2;
xSol(t) = dsolve(ode,cond)
syms y(t)
ode = diff(y,t) == (2*((1/y))-1)*(1/sqrt(y));
cond = y(1) == 2;
ySol(t) = dsolve(ode,cond)

Hi,
Difference in the solutions of two differential equations can be obtained by using diff command in MATLAB. Afterwards you can use plot function and provide the arguments properly.
In case of some missing data in some of the timestamps in any of the differential equation’s solution, you can use interpolation.
