Why is the error RegSvr32 showing on running the smlink_linkinv while installing the simscape multibody plugin for Autodesk Inventor?

It is showing that the file cannot be either found or to debug it. The module is not being found.

I am having the exact same issue! Matlab 2019b Windows10 64bit running on my laptop. However, the plug-in is for Solidworks 2016 64bit.
