fmincon with external multi-input functions

Can I use an external function with fmincon that has multiple inpt variables. All the examples I have seen seem to imply that the function is only dependent on x, but I would like to pass other parameters inti the function as well.

Use one of the techniques described on this documentation page. While that page specifically mentions fzero and integral, the techniques it describes also work for the objective and/or constraint functions you pass into fmincon.
