Recursively save referenced models

I can do it from the save all button but don't know how to do it from command prompt , to recursively save all the models.

Tried save_system()

Try option 'SaveDirtyReferencedModels'

But will this ignore the changes or save the changes .

set it to be true or 'on' will save all.
