How can i run an fastRCNN object detector in a GUI?

Hi, i train a fastRCNN Object detector called granosdetector2, to detect grains in a image, then i designed a GUI to run this detector.

But when i press de pushbutton "DETECTAR", the function of the detector gives me this error

What can I do so I can use the detector function?
