Chart stateflow block as a trigger.

Hello, community.

I need to import some data(a curve) from excel and use the stateflow chart block as a trigger to execute this curve every 10 seconds. While the function is not been executed, the output from te chart must be a constant value of 15.

How can I do that with the chart!
