mam in matlab minidrone competition series vedios dimensions are given in meters and centimeters ..but while path planning in whch dimensions i want to mention in which dimension by millimeter or centimeter

The dimensions would be in meters. You can make the changes in the model dimensions and see the effect on how the system behaves.
