I need to replace a current host id with another one. How do I inform you of tis change?

Since the ports used by Matlab or the same as ENVI and ArcGIS, I need to put the license key on another workstaion with a different Host ID.

To resolve this issue, you will need to generate a new license file with the new Host ID.
