I'm not sure how to download simscape but I may be able to help you if you explain what you are trying to do and what variables you have. I have recently applied the NTU method for a heat exchanger I am using.

I'm developing an EV model, however I want to use a conventional vehicle heat exchanger ( radiator) for the cooling system. I developed a MATLAB model using NTU but my convective heat transfer coeficient( fin-air ) was off when validating my model to the paper I used. I also do acknowlegde that the coefficient differ by the fin profile design, however a couple of papers do acknowledge that the louvre fin with horizontal tube design is the most commonly used in today's tech. Considering my time, I thought it might be wise to get use already available MATLAB model. Also I would appreciate if you could share your model if it validates with conventional vehicle.

sscfluids_engine_cooling_system is a shipped model of Simscape Fluids. If you download it from file exchange, you may not be able to run the model because it has components from Simscape Fluids library. So, you may require installing Simscape Fluids. You can choose R2018b version for downloading.
