Does intrp2 provide 'bicubic' interpolation ?

I read the documentation for intrep2 function https://www.mathworks.com/help/matlab/ref/interp2.html.
They did not have bicubic explicity as an option in the function
So I am wondering if this function can compute the intreploation by bicubic method ?
Also what is the different between cubic and bicuic intrepolation in the images?

The 'cubic' method for interp2 is bicubic; it just uses the word 'cubic' to keep consistency in interface with interp1
I don't know what the last question is in reference to, sorry...
