Custom Storage Class version

Hello All,

I am trying to write a tlc file and would like to understand how is customstorageclassversion decided. For same type of customstorageclasses in R2015b, during tlc debugging it returns customstorageclassversion as 2 and in R2018b it returns customstorageclassversion as 1

There are lot of checks implemented based on this customstorageclassversion in tlc and I am not able to generate correct code because of this.

Any suggestions are welcome on this point.
