question about scramnet card

Hi! My name is Zhu Fei, I'm a doctoral student from Tsinghua University, China. I want to know that if I connect the scramnet 150 card with the scramnet GT200 card by fiber cables , can these two cards work? and why? Thanks very much!

Yeah,it's not a MATLAB ralated question, but people who use xpc target may be know it, I just hope. Thanks for your reply!
