Topograph is not appearing

After entering this formula, no Topograph is appearing.

Already I have answered the same question, please do confirm, is that topoplot custom function.

I have tried the link you sent me above, and yes when I entered the code with the % sign added, it no longer gave me the 'function is not defined'. However, the plot was still not appearing, just an empty box...
