run matlab exe file with java 'mclmcr initialization failed'

I'm doing project with java GUI. I have to make event when button is clicked, It should open exe file made by

deploypool

But The error about matlab runtime uninstalled occured, and I downloaded matlab runtime 9.5 .

I installed right version of exe version, but Now other error was occured that 'mclmcr initialization failed.'

I did install Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable but doesn't work.

I can run that exe file in my pc, but I can't run with java GUI.

plz help...
