I try to use gradmag and I get the error "Undefined Function or variable"
Did gradmag become imgradient?

gradmag is not standard Matlab function.
It the user defined custom function, you get the function from here.

However, I don't think it is the correct gradmag since the inputs are different from the one I am using.

I accepted the answer because of the clarification whether gradmag and imgradient are the same functions or not. Since the one from github requires only one input and the one I am using takes two. However, I don't think they are much different. At the time, I am also looking for another function called "dip_geometry.m".
It also seems impossible to trace it through google or github
