Can we stream a data into Matlab app which is placed in web browser

My question is with respect to video posted at https://www.mathworks.com/products/compiler.html.
Is it possible to place an app at web browser and ask users to stream the data to web deployed app?
Example: Stream the real-time EEG data into web app and show power spectra
