Recorded mat file and flight log cannot be downloaded.

I am running the Parrot Mambo using the asbquadcopter project in the Aerospace Blockset. The program compiles and runs correctly, but after the drone finishes its flight, neither the mat file nor the flight log can be downloaded.

Mat-file logging is enabled by in the configuration parameters through the simulink coder. Through manually querying the drone using FTP in command line, I confirmed that the files are present on the drone, simply not downloading. After repeated attempts to download the files, both from the flight control pop-up and using FTP in command prompt, I believe the connection might be timing out.

How can I prevent this timeout and allow the files to download? Is some other toolbox or setting required to enable mat-file download?
