How can I make a loop start for values bigger than a certain value x?

For my "beginners level" question I will use as an example the plot attached below here (red one is the pdf for my ambient noise and blue one is pdf for received level).

I need to calculate the total area for received level starting at the first point of ambient noise which is 57.427. How do I set this "starting point" on Matlab? ?
