Fuzzy logic Time Simulation (Too long)

Hi everyone,

it's my first time with fuzzy logic

i've used a .fis file to run it instead of the fuzzy toolbox (i'm using 2 input with 4 and 9 MF / 1 output with 18 MF)

when i've used the Fuzzy logic separatly with some Step and constant variable, it was working perfectly in maximum 3 second

now i implemanted my fuzzy control in a bigger simulation (energy strategy for an electrical vehicul) it's taking toooo long (1 hour)

i thinked anbout changing the step time since i don't need that mush of accuracy , but since i'm using a DC-DC converter , i can't go higher then 10-5 sec

any solution team?
