Create data set according to a plot ?

How can I create this input data set in matlab? (according to the figure).

Because I want to input this data set into simulink to do a simulation.

This chart the increasement and decreasement could be any value.

Please help me with this problem.

There is another additional thing I want to do.

Within 20 to 30 I want to make the increasement with many ups and down values.(for 100 data values).

Instead of writing those 100 data values manually, Please tell me a way to do that.
