- Download the MATLAB installer from the below official MathWorks link: https://www.mathworks.com/downloads/
- Temporarily disable your antivirus and firewall during installation.
- Press "Win + R", type "%temp%", and press Enter. Delete all files in the temporary folder.
- Navigate to the temporary directory mentioned in the error message. Look for log files (e.g., "mathworks_username.log") and review them for specific errors.

Hi so I am trying to install Mathlab on my laptop with windows 10 as the operating system. While installing the program around the 30% mark I get this error,
'C:\Users\AppData\Local\Temp\tmw1559585889441\archives\win64\examples\matlabmobile_win64_1547168396.enc' does not exist.
I don't know what to do at this point I have tried restarting the installation and redownloading everything and nothing seems to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The error message you're encountering during MATLAB installation on Windows 10—specifically, "'C:\Users\AppData\Local\Temp\tmw...\archives\win64\examples\matlabmobile_win64_1547168396.enc' does not exist" indicates that the installer is attempting to access a file that is missing or was not downloaded correctly.
You can try the below steps to solve the issue:
I hope this helps!
