Modeling reaction diffusion equations in 2 dimensions

Hello i'm trying to modeling using matlab. But i have absolutely no idea how to use is. I looked for code to understand the methodology but i still can't figure out what to do. Here my equations:

The represent the two dimensional space.

One of the part that i don't understand is how to discretize the time and space with a matrix and therefor how to fill it. I have already looked for some code here but i didn't found one with 2 dimensions and 3 équations.

If you have the PDE toolbox, you can use it for this kind of equation.
