Interpolat​ing/Extrap​olating data on table

Hello,

I am having trouble trying to interpolate/extrapolate data in the table (Attached image).

The table consists of 'Loads' that run horizontally, 3-100Kpa and 'Spans' that run vertically, 400-1200mm. These vectors correlate to corresponding deflections.

I have tried using 'interp1' on Matlab but can only interpolate one line at a time.

What function do i need to use to interpolate the whole table?
