is there any idea on how to compare an .xls file and .csv file?

Hello,
I'm trying to compare two files, .xls(screenshot1) and .csv(screenshot2). It should verify that every word contained on .csv is present on .xls file. and write in column B (of File1) OK if the word exist in both files.
I am a beginner in matlab, any help would be much appreciated.

What have you tried so far?
Hint: useful functions in this case include xlsread, fileread (and/or fopen, fread, and fclose), ismember, and xlswrite.
