How to get the spectral coherence function in this formula at MATLAB?

The figure in below is the formula to calculate the spectral coherence function (3),

I could use other guys code to calculate the data Sx, that is, shown in function (1),

but I am confused about how to realize the frequency shift shown in the denominator of function (3)?
