Constructing an adaptive decision based interpolation matlab code

Please help me in constructing the MATLAB code for the topic

"An adaptive decision based kriging interpolation algorithm for the removal of high density salt and pepper noise in images"

I have trouble in only the first three blocks of the flowchart.

Please help me in creating the matlab code for the three blocks. I have attached the paper for which I am constructing the code
