Update GUI uitable "Choice List"

Assume

1. A GUI with a listbox and a uitable
2. The uitable has an embedded Choice List in its first column.
3. The separate listbox has two choices: fruit and vegetable.

If the user selects fruit, then the uitable Choice List should have options in respective rows: apple & banana

If the user selects vegetable, then the uitable Choice List should have options in respective rows: carrot & corn

I understand the callback procedure when the listbox is changed.

But how do I update the uitable Choice List based on whether the users chooses fruit or vegetable?

Something like:

if fruit

set(handles.uitable....

else

set(handles.uitable....

end
