My documentation on Windows is broken

Hello,

I keep getting the following error message and a completely empty documentation help page when I search for anything on MATLAB help. I do not know what the problem is and I request you to please help me. I have not deleted any dll files or anything at all. I have MATLAB 2019a installed and am a student. I direly need help to fix this problem.

What does "search for anything on MATLAB help" mean exactly? From where do you search what? If you are a student is less important than if you have a student license. Did the help work after the installation and what happened before it stopped working? Which operating system are you using?

When you start matlab ortthe help are you given a message saying unable to reach port 31415 or 31416? If so then you need to adjust your internal firewall to permit matlab to communicate with your local machine.

Thank you for your response. But my problem is on windows and also, there is nothing being shown at all in my help browser. At least he has unformatted text with no graphics. Mine shows nothing.
