Imaqtool Packet Size Crash

Hi, a few minutes ago I set my Packet Size on a connected camera (jAi AT-200GE) to a higher value (4000 something I believe, from 1500 something previously). However, as soon as I set it, MATLAB crashed. Also, when I restart MATLAB and open imaqtool, whenever it loads the camera, MATLAB crashes again and I can't change the Packet Size back or use the tool. Does anyone know what the problem is and is there any way to fix the Packet Size back to what it was previously?
