How can I crop a particular area of several images (23 in no.) of size 804x566?

I am not sure what exactly are your images, or they have any lat/lon information but since they are all in matrics form so you can only select the boundaris on both row and column sides. as an example data=data2(800:500,300:350,:). You an also check inpolygon option for further details.
