Face and Fingerprint recognition

Hi.. I am doing face and fingerprint recogntion for my final year project. I have two .txt file which contains face and fingerprint data in matrix separately belong to a specific person. How do i assign these two .txt file belongs to that specific person in matlab? What is the poper way of doing it?
