How can i change Installation and Activation log files location?

As my (C) hard disk is almost full i need to change the location from (C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Temp) to sowehere from my (D) Hard disk. How can i do it before installing anything cause it fails when downloading cause (C) is full
