Matlab freezes while starting.

Hi all.

I am really fed up of installing and re-installing matlab 2018b several times. All my internet data is over, as i have installed matlab several times. Please help me.

Here is my issue. When i click on MATLAB 2018b icon on my desktop, i get this logo, and the MATLAB IDE never opens. It freezes like this.

I have waited for several hours together, but there is no luck.

System Specifications.:

Windows 10

2Ghz quad core intel i3 processor.

4GB RAM, integrated graphics.

I was running on R2018a release, but i had some issues starting simulink. Many answers on MATLAB Answers guided me to reset my PC. After following all the instructions, i had successfully installed MATLAB R2018b. After installation and successful license verification, it showed an error message "exception calling main" or something on those lines. I reinstalled it atlease twice as i couldnt find any help regarding that issue.

Please help.

I have lots of projects and assignment files. Please help me as soon as possible.
