Sticky with helpful links?

Would it be plausible to have a sticky thread at the top with helpful links for people. I keep losing track of all the links I see everyone post that could be of use to someone. Like the following:

I was looking for this yesterday and I couldn't find it for the life of me, Walter posted it so he saved me. If you take that link and make it like html hyperlinks:

<http://matlab.wikia.com/wiki/FAQ#How_can_I_create_variables_A1.2C_A2.2C....2CA10_in_a_loop.3F Dynamic variable names>

Then it'll be easier for people to figure out what the link is for, then you can add tags for each new link added. Be a nice easy way to keep all the helpful links in one area.
