why does not Simulink work with STM32 MAT / Target?

I would like to program a STM32F7 with Simulink. I followed exactly the instructions of MAT-Target. But if I want to build a simple model. then I get a Erorr like in the PDF below (Invalid Indix). This can be fixed by changing (Hardware Implementation >> Device Vendor >> STMmicroelectronics to Custom Processor, but then the code be builded, but the microcontroller does nothing.

Matlab version: Matlab 2018b.
