Is there a method to import .IMA files from MRI Scan Raw data and display it in MATLAB as an Image?

Images are dicom image or other format, as you mentioned .IMA?

.ima files generally contain images in the dicom format (so not raw data), which can be read into Matlab with the dicomread function.
