The app snapshot you have attached is quite self explanatory for designing a Bandpass filter. So I am not sure what exactly you are asking. From you statement "cuting frequency in band pass filter" I assume you want to design a bandstop/Notch filter. Is it so? Please elaborate and clarify your problem statement.
