About nu and outlier fraction in one class SVM fitcsvm

Hello,I used one class SVM fitcsvm function to train my model, in this parameter setting, there are both nu and outlier fraction that can be set, I checked the principles of one-class SVM, the two parameters should be the same value in the objective function, why can they be set seperately?
