I'm currently modelling a RC cirucit using simscape. Vs1 correctly displays on the scope, however Vs2 incorrectly appears on the scope. At 100Hz both these waves should have the same amplitude and phase, since this is well below the cutoff frequency of 30000Hz. The voltage is set to 25V and 100Hz, C=520pF and R=10kOhms.

Hello Lewis,
the model you shared it not set to 100 hz or 520 pf. It was at 10000 hz and 520 uf. when I changed them, it worked. You could also change your solver to ode23T, use a smaller max step size, and change your scope to have unlimited data points.
Regards,
Joel
