Dear sir i am not able to use my matlab institute accound. Please help

I am getting the following error....previously I had diffrent laptop now I own this one...now I just can not open matlab.

If you have moved the contents of your drive that might break things like this. Apparently your username is encoded in the license file, but that no longer matches your current user name. Contact the IT department of your institution. If they are unable to provide a solution, you can always contact Mathworks support with the contact us button at the top of this page.
